At 1 Mobile RV Repair, we believe in transparent and straightforward pricing—no hidden fees, just clear costs for the services you need. Your invoice will typically include four main charges:
Dispatch Fee
This covers the technician’s travel to your location (up to 30 miles). Additional mileage may be available for an extra charge.
- After-hours & emergency calls (outside M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM) have a higher dispatch rate.
- Warranty & insurance claims incur an additional fee due to administrative processing.
Hourly Labor
Labor is billed at a 1-hour minimum, then in 30-minute increments after that.
- After-hours & emergency calls are charged at a higher rate.
- Warranty & insurance repairs may have different labor rates due to extra paperwork.
Parts
If your repair requires parts, they’ll be included in your invoice. This may also cover:
- Shipping fees, if a part needs to be ordered.
- State & local taxes on applicable parts.
- We default to OEM (original manufacturer) parts for quality and reliability. If a non-OEM part offers a significant cost savings, we’ll give you the option to choose.
- No warranty is provided if you supply your own parts or request non-OEM parts to save costs.
Miscellaneous
Some state/local laws require additional charges, like hazardous waste disposal fees. If applicable, we’ll always explain these upfront.
